'Panchayat Sandesh' is being published since 1961 and still continuing since then. AIPP has been distributing this important organ of the Panchayati Raj Institutions to the people concerned with the Panchayati Raj Institutions.

The objective is that this publication should reach everyone directly concerned with the Panchayati Raj Programme and rural development. AIPP will take up the publication of the monthly newsletter Panchayat Sandesh with this objective in mind. The newspaper is being published in following seven languages:
